I need a rule that allows for my email to only send out 50 emails per minute.
My email server only allows 50 emails per minute before shutting me off and
I need to do a bulk email to my database. Thanks for the help!

You can't use a rule - you'll need to use a tool that slows sending. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/massmail.asp for tools. SendLater and Send
Individually are among the tools that can do it.
