Custom PC - XP vers.?

's Computer Specifications

I was wondering what version of XP i need to buy if I am
going to install windows XP onto a completely new (Custom
Made) computer. There are many different versions (OEM,
Upgrade, etc..), do I have to buy the $200 version?
