Custom Outlook PickFolder Dialog

Hello All,

I have a need to create a custom Outlook Add-in Dialog which will
allow the user to select one or more Outlook Mail Folders in a
TreeView.

The Namespace.PickFolder method is too limited in functionality. Has
anyone written an equivalent in either VB or VC++ that they can share
before I start from scratch.

This code must work properly with both Public and Private folders.
