Custom Menu's Submenu problem

My mdb is running fine on other machines, while on one particular machine
same is mdb is having porblem. The menu's submenu does not open, it is
disappeared. Again I took the mdb to another machine, it is working fine.

please advise me how to solve the problem. Rest all the other mdb kept on
this machine is ok, their menu & submenu's are ok..
