I have created a custom link bar in FP 2002 which works fine on my index.htm
page. However, when I try to use it (or any other custom navigation bar) on
child pages, the link bar link buttons don't appear except for the home page
button from the check box in the link bar dialog. All the buttons display
properly on my local version of the web site, but not on the web server which
is running FP 2002 extensions. Help please!

Custom link bars require a host running the FP 2002 SE
