Custom Icons for Ribbon Buttons

Anyone had any luck adding custom icons for Ribbon buttons? I seem to be
missing something with the instructions that are posted in this article:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa338202.aspx
(at the bottom of the page)

I don't need dynamic images, static images will work just fine. Is there an
easier way to set this up?

Thanks
Bret

If you have (or create) custom images in an older version (and that version
is still available), you can import them; see
http://www.gmayor.com/Toolbars_in_word_2007.htm. But these custom faces
cannot be applied to buttons added directly to the QAT, unfortunately.

Suzanne,

Sorry, but there seems to be no information at the link you provided about
loading images for custom Ribbin buttons and menus.

Can anyone else help?

When you import custom buttons, the custom button faces come with them.
