I created a form in design form and saved to the forms library. I got as
far as clicking the publish form, but can't figure out how to send it out in
the body of the email. When I do a test (run this form) it comes back w/only
my "signature."

There are Properties, All Fields and Action pages. Am I supposed to be
putting something on those pages? (btw.. don't know how to write scripts).

I've searched the web for training tutorials, and I can't seem to execute to
the end. I'm doing something wrong, or don't know how to do something I'm
supposed to.

Please help.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're asking. What does this mean:

What are you trying to send out in the body of an email? Is it your custom
form or some specific text? Please explain. Also, what sort of custom form
did you design, was it a mail form?
