I had a custom sized form (8.5" X 8.5") I printed to from
Access and Windows98. Since I upgraded to XP, the
option of adding a custom paper size is no longer
available. What can I do?

Custom forms are supported in the XP spooler:

Start -> Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes
File:Server Properties
click Forms tab

Now the form is available in the server.
