Yes, i have tried clearing cache. Ok, Outlook is not in IMO but only
POP3/IMAP accounts are used(ie pst file), no Exchange.

Sorry, but I can't make sense of your message because Outlook 2002 and 2003
don't have an IMO mode. Have you tried clearing the forms cache?
