I have a custom form that I have published to an organization level folder.
For some people the form works really well and they have no issues, for others when they receive the message the buttons do not invoke an IE session (I have a URL behind that is supposed to be invoked from IE). If they perform a reply to all then the buttons do work. It is almost like there is something associated with their outlook setup and read vs write.
Also I get the message Enable Macros when they open up the form.

Any ideas?

Where exactly did you publish it -- to a folder or to the Organizational Forms library? Sounds like you published it with the Send Form Definition with Item box checked. Uncheck it and republish.
