Custom Form Region is not loaded

Hi,

I have developed an Outlook 2007 Add-in that adds a custom form region to
the IPM.Contact class.

This works just fine for 99% of our users. However, there is one user who
doesn't see the form region. The add-in isn't disabled, there is no error
prompt or anything, but the form region just doesn't load.

Are there any common causes for a behaviour like that?
