Custom Form -- Radio Buttons (Outlook 2003)

I have created a custom form which contains ten radio buttons. When I select
one of them and send the form, the recipient does not see which radio button
was selected. What value or validation code(s) do I need to assign to the
radio buttons so that the selected radio button will be indicated to the
recipient?
