Custom Form - Outlook 2007

I created a form in Outlook 2003, and we use it as an invitation. We kept
the standard tabs of appointment and scheduling, and added one of our own.
This form is published in the organizational forms library, and Outlook is
running on Exchange 2003.

However, now that we've upgraded some of users to Outlook 2003, they can
only see our custom tab when the receive the invite. Once they accept and go
to the appointment on their calender, the custom tab does not show up. Any
suggestions?
