Does 2007 make it easier/possible than 2003 to use a custom form as a default
templete when sending/responding to emial?

No, and that's a good thing, IMO, because using a published custom form as the default for all messages is still a very bad idea.

Is there no go way to send/respond to emial that automatically includes
certain information, ie: a useful link and a picture?
