Custom Form could not be opened error

I have a user who just upgraded to Outlook XP, she gets
an update e-mail from a outlook 2000 user to update
changes in his calandar. However she gets a message when
she opens his e-mial it says that the custom form could
not be opened. outlook will use an outlook form instead.
The form required to view this form cannot be displayed.
Please contact your administrator
