Custom Form Advanced search fields missing

We have many contacts in our public folders and a few
folders with custom forms.

When we try to do an "advanced find" on the folders with
these forms the customs fields do not show up in Outlook
2003. To clarify, right-click on a public folder with
customs forms, go to "advanced find," click on
the "advanced tab," then click on the "Fields" button.
The customs forms show up there but none of the fields for
the forms show up.

This only happens in Outlook 2003. Outlook 2002 and 2000
are fine and every field shows up.

Did you add the fields to the folder itself, not just to the form?

The fields are part of the custom form that we published
to the folder. Is there a different way it should be done?

Try adding the fields explicitly to the folder, using the folder's Field
Chooser.
