Will, I believe you're looking in the wrong place in the form properties.
Go to "Options", not "Advanced".
To put the confirmation page in using the FP form handler, see

If you're using a third party script, you can go to "Advanced" and specify
hidden fields for certain things, but this doesn't seem to be applicable
here. If you're using a script other than the Frontpage form handler, you
need to consult the instructions that came with the script regarding things
like confirmation pages.
