Is it possible to add a unique category for appintments in the Calendering feature of Microsoft.
for example I work in a doctors surgery where I would like a custom color/category for new consultation and another for a review consultations.
Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.

Right click the appointment and use the Label function. This will apply a
colour to the appointment. You can also edit the label names here.
