Custom Chart Types - Not Showing

My Chart Wizard is no longer showing available custom
chart types - it only shows one called "default". On the
MS tech support pages it recognizes this problem, but
says it only impacts those users with Macintosh
platforms. I'm running Windows XP, Excel 2002 on a Dell
laptop. Has anyone had this problem?
