I have created a form for a specific kind of appointment. The kind of
appointment is defined by category property.

How can i link my custom form to my category of appointment so that
when i double clic on my appointment it open my custom form ?

There is no intrinsic linkage between a category and a custom form. You should be able to create a new item from your form by choosing it from the Actions menu or in the Tools | Forms | Choose Form dialog.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm....program_forms
