Not booting, stops there at 0E. It's a board on the bench. I've
swapped out just about everything and yet I know I'm missing something
simple. doh! can anyone give advice from their experience?

yes i have... it appears to point to video memory... whatever that
means.. i have swapped out the video card with several others, still
the same.
