Hi folks:

I have a user, which happens to be the President of the
company, that when he clicks on any message to reply to
it, the cursor is at the "To" field instead of the body of
the message. So he starts typing and then realizes what
he typed in the the "To" field.

I have looked at all the options but I can't find anything
to alter that behavior. We're using the Outlook default
templayes with no customization.

CAN ANYONE PLEAEEEASE HELP???

thanks!

Have you checked your mouse properties in the Control
Panel to see "Snap to Default" is enabled? Just a guess...
