when I move the cursor it sticks then jumps to where it would have
been if it hadn't stuck.
I am looking at usages with process explorer and see no spikes - idle
time is over 80%
the sticking is about 1/2 sec. every sec. so as I move the cursor it
will stop for about 1/2 sec then move again for a 1sec the stop again,
etc.,etc.

the repeat function on the keyboard does the same thing.
if I am typing it drops the character typed.
sometimes it will stop doing this if I reboot, sometimes not.
no temperature issue.
I stopped most running processes not system associated.

help
