cursor should be from right to left

hi there
im using win vista-32bit & i installed office 2003.my problem is when im
opening new document the cursor appears from right to left so while im
trying to send any email my mails will appear in the destination pc from
right to left so i want it to be from left to right (by default) ..i have
tryed to change the settings from the (regional & language folder) but still
it doesnt work..

Could it be that you have your align settings set to right? There is a
button on the Toolbar to align left, middle, or right.

thank you roady for trying to help me
i got the solution..i selected the microsoft office tools then language
setting then i selected the default language english..
