Cursor position problem

Hello. Can anyone give me any idea why when I open Word (in Print view) the
cursor appears at the top of the page? My margin settings have not changed
and when I print a document the first line is in the proper place; it's just
on the screen that things are out of whack. Thanks.

Thanks to you both. That got it and my boss is impressed with my vast
knowledge of Microsoft programs.
