Cursor no longer changes when copying in explorer

Hello folks!

Something happened to my XP SP3. :-( When I am using drag'n'drop in windows
(My Computer or Windows Explorer) there is no longer this little plus-symbol
added to the mouse cursor when coyping files. Not matter if I keep
Shift/Ctrl pressed or not - it doesn't appear.

Which part of the registry do I need to edit to get the changing cursor
back? The file operation itself works as desired (moving or copying
depending on shift or ctrl pressed) but the visual feedback is missing.
