Cursor moved with arrows, but not on mouse click

Has anyone run into any problem using Outlook 07 on XP with the cursor/mouse
relationship? I've had a couple of users who, when replying to an email, can
move the cursor with the keybd arrows, but not with the mouse. If they've
bumped a keybd key, I don't know what it is. I've looked through the
settings but can't find any that would fix this problem. At some point, the
problem resolves itself, but I don't know why the resolution occurs, either.
