Cursor jumps to bottom of page

HI. I have IE6 (and windows xp) and most times when I'm surfing the net and
while a new page is loading up, the cursor will jump right to the bottom of
the page. Then I have to scroll back up to the top. It's really irritating.
This just started a couple of weeks ago. I wonder if anyone has had a similar
problem and solution. Thanks!
