Depends on what is actually on your Send To menu.
For one thing, Send To 3 1/2 Floppy (A  or Removable Disk or a CD burner are not listed in anySendTo folder. By default, the Send To menu in Windows XP lists the following commands (destinations): * Compressed (zipped) Folder * Desktop (create shortcut) * Mail Recipient * My Documents * 3 1/2 Floppy (A * CD Drive See these... Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers http://windowsxp.mvps.org/slowrightclick.htm Right-click is extremely slow only when Network is enabled http://windowsxp.mvps.org/rcdelay.htm -- Hope this helps. I doubt that the removable drives are the problem. But if you want to...

You need to download, install and run ShellExView.

Any chance that the "My Documents" folder for your user profile is relocated to a network share?

I tried disabling ALL the "Context Menus" at once and it still hung on "Sent To" Does it take a reboot for disable to take effect? More suggestions please? |
