Depends on what is actually on your Send To menu.
For one thing, Send To
3 1/2 Floppy (A

or Removable Disk or a CD burner are not listed in any
SendTo folder.
By default, the Send To menu in Windows XP lists the following commands
(destinations):
* Compressed (zipped) Folder
* Desktop (create shortcut)
* Mail Recipient
* My Documents
* 3 1/2 Floppy (A

* CD Drive
