Various times while clicking on web pages or emails I get a black circle
with a line thru it instead of the regular cursor arrow. If I click
again I do get the regular cursor. I replaced my mouse and still get the
circle sometimes. I've also changed my mouse drivers. Any idea what is
going on?

In the future - you may wish to cross-post vs. multi-post.

Video drivers the latest straight from the video card manufacturer?

The meaning of the black circle is 'unavailable'. Is what you're clicking on
available?

Yes, just a link or email. If I click a 2nd time, the circle goes away.

Try shutting down virus programs and test if circle appears. Click only on
trusted links and e-mail with virus programs shut down.
