Hi
I have lately experience that some of my users Outlook.ost files is being
corrupt.
Have use Scanost.exe to repair the file without any luck.
My question, how is the local *.ost file being corrupt? And is there other
tools that is more powerfull than the on that comes with Office 2003?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Why not just delete the OSTs and let Outlook recreate them afresh?

I agree with you.
My world would have been much easier if I could do as you recomend.
My enviroment is more complex. Having users arround the world and only one
server located in the main office.. So I need another way to repaire corrupt
OST files in Outlook 2003 or figure out why they become corrupt.

Looking forward to a solution on my problem.
