"Current View" on the view menu is grayed out and not accessible.

I want to change the view in a contact record in Business Contact Manager,
but the "current view" menu is grayed out and not accessible. "Customize
view" also does not work. I'm running Office Outlook 2003 w/ Business
Contact Manager SP1.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi

Forms in BCM V2 cannot be customized they are being considered in the
upcoming version of BCM V3

I want to be able to see the "notes" field on the "General" tab rather than
the "Detail" tab. Do you know if there is any way to do this in BCM V2?
