I am trying to convert a working system from VS 2003 .Net 1.1 to VS2005 Vista
and Net 2.0.

The system is in use for several years and is working find on XP. The
system failed on Vista.

After the conversion which involved installing VS 2005 with Vista SP, Office
2007 and Office 2003

I am getting the Message "The Current .Net Security Policy does not
Permit..."

The only changes to the VS 2005 references were replacing the .Net 1.1 with
..Net 2.0.

Excel 2003 references stayed the same.

If my install is using CasPol form .Net 2.0 the system will fail.

If I use CasPol 1.1 it is ok (On Vista but Not on XP) however when I check
the .Net configuration

the URL setting goes to .Net 2.0 and the Machine setting goes to .Net 1.1

If I change to reference Excel 2007 it fails.

There are too many moving parts to this problem.

I spent hour on the net researching this problem but couldn't find any
solution.

What am I doing wrong?
