I am trying, in vain, to get the current date in the Subject and body of a
form, template e-mail that I send everyday. I have looked high and far for a
procedure on how to do this.

Does anyone know of a website out there that can give me the procedure in
how to do this??? I added a form, created a field, and even went into Visual
Basic to try and set the Form field on Open and nothing seems to work.

And now it's really bugging me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And Thanks in advance for your help.

Not sure if this will work, but maybe if you try to use Word as your editor
and put in the field {CREATEDATE \@"MMMM d,yyyy"}?

That's the date field that shows up when I use
insert, autotext, header/footer, created on

When I right click on the date and choose toggle field codes, it reads
{CREATEDATE \@"MMMM d,yyyy}

Maybe you could copy/paste this auto text field into your template and
delete the words "created on"?
