I there something like SP1 that contains all the hot fixes up to date or
close to it? We have new computers that we will be rolling out and would
like to apply all the hot fixes before we give them to the customers. We
would like to install via the lan instead of using windows update due to it
is much faster.

It is in the works:

Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Windows XP (KB826939) consists of 22
previously released critical and security updates for Windows XP rolled into
one convenient package. Installing this item provides you the same results
as installing the individual updates.
Beta testers are invited to start testing this pack until Sept 24, expect
the availability soon after this date.
