Hello,
Go to My Computer > C: > Documents and Settings > "your user name" > Start
Menu > Programs > COPY the Program folder
Then go to My Computer > C: > Documents and Settings > All Users > Start
Menu > Programs > PASTE the folder here
Now it should be accessible by all users.
