Hi all. The hyperlinks created in my email message require me to press "ctrl
+ click" keys to access. How can i solve this such that i can just click the
hyper link without pressing the ctrl key. Thks in advance.

That's only when composing a message and when you are using Word as the
email editor as it is a Word option not an Outlook option.
Unless you have a very specific need to change that, I wouldn't change it.
The option is there to prevent you from inadvertently open the link when
selecting the text.
