Hi

After using Ctrl-Alt-Del can you access Windows by clicking on the account
that causes the initial problem?

Actually the computer boots and goes to the welcome screen with no problem.
At the welcome screen I click on my name and the computer hangs. Only after
ctrl alt del and no further action by me, will the computer run windows.

I am having the same problem, we have 3 user accounts and only 1 works. When
you select the 'problem two accounts' the desktop appears but nothing loads
or works, the only solution is to ctl/alt/del and log onto the working
account...
