Ctrl alt delete Wont work, and Boot.ini file messed, cant reboot ?

y0, anyone have any ideas? My boot.ini file and a few
more .dll's to restart my computer are missing so when i
restart i gotta keep pressing enter and restarting more
intill it finially goes into the log in screen for xp.
Another problem is when I try to use ctrl alt delete it
goes into the task menu, but then it dissapers when i go
over it. If anyone can help me i have Aim also Mrwoody43
