Ctrl-Alt-Delete

XP SP2
When I press Ctrl-Alt-Delete it shows the Task Manager.
Shouldn't it give me the choices of many things:
eg.
Lock Computer
Task Manager
Change Password....

On its Shut Down menu you can also choose Standby, Hibernate, Turn Off,
Restart, Log Off and Switch Users

No, I mean XP.
My office pc is also XP but got what I asked here.
