On the Ctrl+Alt+Delete Screen (the alternet to the Welcome
Screen), it shows your name as the last user to have log
on to that PC. How do you change that so when I boot up
the PC, it won't show the previous user's name?

You can get TweakUI that allows you to easily set the PC
for security such as that you speak of. I find it a
useful little util anyway!
