If other system tools such as msconfig and cmd won't run, you probably
have a virus. Make sure your system is clean:

the same things happens to me and yes the cmd and msconfig work and it is a
laptop so there r no wireless devices. please help

nope that message doesnt come up but i tried to download it and try it
anyways and it didnt work. it doesnt even come up for a split second
nothing.i m stumped
