CTRL ALT DEL screen messed up

Man I hope I am putting this question in the right place, anyway:

When I hit CTRL ALT DEL the screen comes up but I am locked on the "sign off
other XP users" screen and the tabs to switch screen are not there.

I have no ide aon how to fix this.

Hi Zak,

Task Manager is running in Tiny Footprint mode.
Double click on the outside border of the window to regain the tabs.
Task Manager Menu Bar and Tabs Are Not Visible in Windows XP
