CTRL+ALT+DEL no longer opens tabbed window - why?

It used to be when I pressed ctrl+alt+del I got a small window with tabs
at the top, and I could select task manager, processor usage, running
processes, etc. I've noticed now when I do it, I get only a simple task
manager window; no tabs, no other features. How can I get the old window
back with the tabs and other features? I have made no changes to my system
that I am aware of, other than using Windows Update periodically. I would
prefer not to do a system restore, and I wouldn't know how far back to
restore to anyway, as this problem may have existed for some time before I
knew it.

Thanks,

Jody

Simple fix, double click somewhere on the border. You have Task
Manager running in "Tiny footprint" mode:

Why is part of my Task Manager gone?

Good luck
