How do I get to the Ctrl+alt+del login screen so I can log onto the "local
machine"? Windows XP SP2. Currently it brings up the XP spalsh login screen.

Press Ctrl-Alt-Del twice. To make it permanent, open Control Panel, User
Accounts, click "Change the way users log on or off". Uncheck "Use the
Welcome screen".
