Ctrl,Alt,Del box problem

I sometimes have to force a program that misbehaves to close by bringing up
the Ctrl,Alt,Del box.

However, when the box appears now, it no longer displays the title bar and
the tabs. All I see is the user (me) and the choice of disconnecting or
logging off.

What has happened here and how can I get all the original options to display
again?

Thank you for your attention and any help you can give me.

David

You should not have to 'force' a program to close. Contact the program's
vendor for assistance.

Double-click on any border of the Task Manager to see the full view.

Hi

Try double-clicking the edge of Task Manager.
