If your own updated antivirus cannot remove this, I'd suggest:

Restart in safe mode with networking, and go to http://safety.live.com and
do a scan there.

Perhaps you could download SUPERANTISPYWARE (FREE EDITION) and see if that
gets rid of it.

Let us know what worked, would you ?

Both suggestions above are certainly worthwhile, however that filename is a
standard Microsoft file, so don't be too surprised if it doesn't show up in
your security scans and maybe something else will.

On the other hand there's nothing to prevent malware authors from
re-cycling a perfectly good filename, and giving that same name to
something vile. Get that file analyzed first to confirm it's truly bad
before you try to simply delete it. I'd try sending it in to Virus Total
for confirmation. Good luck. http://www.virustotal.com/

Hi there,

In addition to the other excellent advice in these replies, please submit
such suspicious files to the Microsoft Malware Protection Center:
https://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/submit.aspx

Regards,
Joe
