No matter what, and I'm with bCentral. There is NO link
as they keep telling me, for a Template download to use
with FrontPage so I can list my inventory in a
Spreadsheet program to upload to my site. The CSV file
does not have much of anythingin it. what gives, help
please. They guaranteed 24/7 tech support, when I call
they say closed for the weekend only open 'normal' biz
hrs.

*so far Commerce Manager, their tech line, online support
etc all say there's a link for the template, it's empty.

Try emailing them for help.

All ya gotta do is copy the .csv file to your local machine, then open it in Excel. You don't need a template to do that.
