I believe it's similar to the resume used in the US.
I'm not sure which Canada uses.

Someone told an OP to export OL to CSV, then Import to WM.
How exactly do you do that, step by step please. Thank you.

I've never used Outlook, but in Outlook Express:

Menu > File > Export > Contacts > CSV (Comma Separated Values) > Save to where
you like (removable media)


In Windows Mail:

Menu > File > Import > Windows Contacts > CSV (Comma Separated Values) > Browse
to where you saved the file from above
