We can try if you explain the problem a little bit further.

We also experience problems with opening CSV files. I am using Exce
2002 (10.4524.4219) SP-2. When opening a CSV file, all fields ar
placed in the first column.
Collegues that use older versions of Excel 2002 succeed in having th
values seperated with comma's placed in successive columns.
We tried changing the decimal separator and "use system seperator", bu
that didn't solve the problem

What is the separator used in you data?

Does it match the list separator that's specified in:
windows start button|Control panel|settings|Regional Settings|number tab?
(it's at the bottom of that dialog.)

If it doesn't match, try changing the regional settings to match your data and
re-import.

Remember that this is a windows setting and may affect other programs. You may
want to change it back. (Or you may want to leave it set like your colleague's
settings.)
